Jeffrey O. Stull is President of International Personnel Protection, Inc. which provides expertise on the design, evaluation, selection and use of personnel protective clothing and equipment and related products to end users and manufacturers.  Mr. Stull's background and experience in this industry spans most areas involving personal protective equipment, including chemical protection, biological protection, thermal protection, and physical protection.  He is considered one of the leading experts in the field of personal protective equipment.
 
Mr. Stull  was previously the President of TRI/Environmental, Inc. in Austin, Texas.  In that capacity he was responsible for a company which engaged in protective clothing development and testing, industrial hygiene consulting, and related safety laboratory testing services. Mr. Stull also formerly headed the U.S. Coast Guard's Hazardous Chemical Personnel Protection Project where he undertook the development and evaluation of several new protective clothing and equipment systems for the Coast Guard National Strike Force.
 
Mr. Stull is extremely active in the area of standards development for personal protective equipment.  He is a member of the American Society for Testing and Materials F23 Committee on Protective Clothing and D13 Committee on Textiles, the National Fire Protection Association Technical Correlating Committee on Fire and Emergency Medical Services Protective Clothing and Equipment, American Industrial Hygiene Association, and American Institute of Chemical Engineers.  He is also the convener for Work Group 2 on Heat and Thermal Protection and lead U.S. delegate for International Standards Organization Technical Committee 94/Subcommittee 13 on Protective Clothing.
 
Mr. Stull obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and Master of Science Degrees in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and in Engineering Management from the Catholic University of America.  He has written over 100 articles, chapters, and guides in the area of protective clothing.  He recently authored the book, "PPE Made Easy," now in print by Government Institutes.
